Rolf Crocker started his career in Association Management as an on-site Maintenance Manager in 1988, taking over full management duties in 1989. Since then, Rolf has served in a variety of capacities on both the management and vendor sides, from portfolio manager to CEO of a large association management company. Rolf now serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Axis Construction and Consulting, a San Francisco Bay Area firm that specializes in litigation consulting and reconstruction of common interest developments.
Rolf earned his Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute in August of 1995, and his Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) in July of 2001. Rolf is a recent Chapter President for the Bay Area/Central Chapter of CAI and is very involved in the industry as a speaker, trainer and author. In his `spare' time, he is a husband, father to five six children, and a musician.
