Vice President of Associa


Rolf Crocker started his career in Association Management as an on-site Maintenance Manager in 1988, taking over full management duties in 1989.  Since then, Rolf has served as both an on-site manager and a portfolio manager. Rolf also served as Vice President of Operations for a large Bay Area management company, where his duties included hiring, oversight and training of staff, logistics, IT, client transition and maintenance. Rolf was a Business Development Officer for Community Association Banc. Rolf was promoted to VMS National Sales Manager. Currently Rolf is Vice President of Associa, with a broad and diverse palette of responsibilities nationwide for the Associa Company .  

Rolf earned his Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute in August of 1995, and his Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) in July of 2001. Rolf is a recent Chapter President for the Bay Area/Central Chapter of CAI and is very involved in the industry as a speaker, trainer and author. In his `spare' time, he is a husband, father to five children, and a musician. He is also actively involved as a volunteer for a non-profit organization that work with the homeless and at-risk inner city children in San Francisco, California.
